The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the city center and other attractions. The nearby metro station made it effortless to explore the city. having a shopping mall opposite the hotel was a major plus. It was great to have the option to grab a quick bite or do some shopping without having to go far.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff. There seemed to be a lack of consistency in their level of service.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Prague. The location was excellent, right across from a mall and the subway. It was so easy to explore the city from there. The hotel was outside the city center, so it was nice and quiet in the evenings. The best part was the selection of English TV channels, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. As Platinum members, my wife and I received a $10 discount on the breakfast buffet every day, making it a great deal. The buffet was huge, but we also ordered fresh omelets and waffles from the menu. The hotel even arranged for a driver to pick us up from the train station when we arrived late at night. Next time we visit Prague, we will definitely stay here again. No stress, great location, and everything we need right on our doorstep. I highly recommend this hotel.

We really loved the location of this place. It's situated in a decent residential area, not too far from the touristy city center. The hotel is centrally located and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area. We especially enjoyed the restaurant straight across the street, which had wonderful food. The staff here were also really attentive and accommodating. They noted our early check-in request on the app and had an upgraded room ready upon our arrival. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. we were very satisfied with the service and quality of this hotel.

The reception area and rooms have different atmospheres. The staff is good and the location is near a mall with various food options. Tram is also available nearby. TV shows price per night and the room has a comfortable couch. Breakfast has many choices and the neighborhood is calm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room on the 6th floor was comfortable and spacious, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The restaurant on the ground floor offered a variety of delicious local and international cuisine. The staff throughout the hotel were very polite and obliging. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general was perfect. We also appreciated the convenient parking and the fact that the hotel is located very close to a metro station, making it easy for us to travel to the various tourist attractions.

Great hotel with attentive staff. I am a platinum elite member so got an upgraded room with breakfast included. Room was clean and roomy. Direct subway to Old Town or a pleasant 45-minute walk. Several good restaurants nearby and a shopping center across the street. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The service at this hotel was excellent, with the front desk staff going above and beyond to help us navigate the city and provide helpful tips. One staff member in particular was knowledgeable about the tram system and gave us detailed instructions on how to get around. being able to buy tram tickets directly from the front desk was a convenient feature. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to a mall, metro, and tram stops just across the road. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I got great value for my money at this hotel with big and clean rooms, a comfy bed, and helpful staff. The location was convenient, only a short tube ride away from the city center, and the staff made me feel welcome and were really nice too assist me with anything I needed.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The TV and all other amenities worked perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a large shopping mall. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I had a great stay and will definitely book this hotel again in the future.
